We offer a variety of room locations and configurations to accommodate every family’s needs. Our reservation agents can assist you in selecting the perfect set up for your family group.
Available in Garden View. The perfect gathering room for a family, it offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, large dining room, and in-room laundry with views of the putting greens and garden areas. Accommodates up to 7 guests.
Available in both Garden View and Ocean View, these rooms can be connected with either 2 or 3 rooms together. The rooms’ lanai (balconies) can also be connected. Accommodates up to 8 guests in a two-room connector and up to 12 guests in a three room connector. 3rd and 4th person in each room would be a cot size sofa sleeper. The upstairs connecting units in Keaka 4 may be connected to the Ohana Suite to create 5 sleeping spaces accommodating up to 19 guests (Ohana Two-Bedroom Suite + Hotel Room + Hotel Room + Studio). **Cot size sofa sleepers are best suited for young children.
Available in Ocean View and Oceanfront. These large two-room suites are located in the Lani 1 and Lani 2 buildings and feature two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large full kitchen, and a living room for gathering. Accommodates up to 7 guests. Pro tip: Book the studios next door so your family has easy access to the large suite for a gathering space.
Available in both Garden View and Ocean View. These large studios feature a king or 2 twin beds and 2 cot-size sofa sleepers accommodating up to 4 guests. **Cot size sofa sleepers are best suited for young children.

Have some family fun with complimentary games including bocce ball, putting green, shuffleboard, and coconut checkers. Nearby, Kapalua Golf and Tennis offers pickleball, tennis, and of course their award-winning golf courses.
We do require a 7-night stay for a minimum of 6 rooms to qualify for the package.
Additional rooms beyond the 6 confirmed for 7 nights can have shorter stays and still qualify for the confirmed room location.
The family group package is available for bookings of 6 to 12 rooms. Families who would like to book more than 12 rooms may qualify for a further discounted room rate.
The family group agreement is not available from December 20 through January 3 and is based upon space availability.
A minimum of 2 nights’ deposit per unit is due upon booking.
A single person must pay both the deposit and final payment.
Full prepayment is required and must be made 45 days prior to arrival.
Napili Kai Beach Resort has never had any resort or parking fees. For group agreements, however, each room will be charged a daily housekeeping gratuity. This gratuity is $6 per studio, $12 per one bedroom suite, and $18 per 2-bedroom suite per day.
Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. Full stay prepayment will be forfeited if any cancellation or revision is made less than 45 days prior to arrival date.
With the family agreement, your family is guaranteed specific room locations within the category booked, based on availability. Please note that some units are privately owned, and that the owner reserves the right to take their unit out of the rental pool 90 days in advance of any given departure date. If the room you have booked becomes unavailable, Napili Kai will relocate you to a similar unit in the same category pending availability.
Dining out as a group on Maui can be difficult, so we provide a venue for 1 night for our guests to gather and enjoy a meal or just some conversation. Sea House Restaurant can cater, or families can hold a barbecue or potluck. Napili Kai provides the venue, tables, and chairs. Space must be reserved in advance through the Sales Office. Subject to availability.
Yes. Each child up to 10 years old eats free off the Keiki (Children’s) Menu when accompanied by an adult who purchases an adult entrée. Not valid during Happy Hour or on holidays, including from December 20 through January 3.
Yes, keiki (children) ages 6 to 11 are welcome to join our Keiki Camp for some fun activities or pizza and movie night. Our Keiki Camp is available from mid-June to the beginning of August as well as during some holidays.
These cots are 30 inches wide and 78 inches long.
